Tasting notes: Intense, dark cherry-red with ruby-red hues. Highly complex aromas of stewed fruit, spices, chocolate and coffee. Meaty, with distinctly polished tannins and well-integrated wood. Fresh, appetising and very persistent. Matching: Ideal with red meat and spicy pulse dishes, although its highest expression is achieved with beef or game. Its creamy nature makes it perfect to accompany cured ewe's milk cheeses, remaining very enjoyable even after the end of the meal.
